From the first time that I used my Whole Clad cookware, I knew that I had made a really good purchase. Since this pan is composed of steel in every layer, I find that my food cooks a lot better with it. With some dishes, it even takes me less time at lower heat to cook them with this pan, and I really need that extra time. I use other non-stick cookware as well, but since I got the Whole Clad frying pan, my other cookware has gone on the back burner. I use these everyday, and they are still spotless and look brand new.
When I started looking at the stainless steel pots and pans, I checked into Cuisinart and some other well-known brands to see what types of features they had to offer. When I stumbled across Whole Clad, I realized that this cookware has exactly the same features (it even allows for induction cooking). Since the price is in the range that I was looking to spend, I chose Whole Clad, and I'm really glad that I did.
I do have to rave about some of the features on this cookware. For one, the handle doesn't get hot, so I don't have to use a mitt or other protective covering when I'm cooking on the stovetop. I also like that these pans are versatile. I can cook a lot of different dishes in them, and the food comes out perfect nearly every time. The shape of these pans is also nice because they have been well designed so that they are easy to manage and hold. And clean up is simple. I rarely have to scrub to get any remaining food off of the pan because the surface keeps most of my food from sticking at all. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Most everything I cook is done on my grill outside and all the other things are cooked in my non-stick pans but when you need to sear certain foods a stainless steel saute or frying pan is one of the best. This frying pan is very good at doing that. It's light, not heavy like case iron, it's tri-ply cladding distributes the heat evenly as good as a cast iron pan and at 12 inches it gives you a lot of cooking room and the base of the frying pan is 10 inches which fits any stoves large burner. I purchased this Duxtop Whole-Clad Tri-Ply SS Induction frying pan at a real low price and it came with a lid which a lot of others do not and costing much more.
If you can step away from a high end name brand, I recommend this product....it works perfectly....

This is an expensive very good looking pan. DO NOT BUY IT. We made scrambled eggs and it took two days to get the pan clean.
We lost half of the scrambled eggs which stuck so badly that two days of soaking didn't remove everything. It still looks dirty.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
I will throw it in the garbage and get something else,
What a waste of money and huge disappointment. Buy something else.
Yes - we know how to make scrambled eggs. I do mine the James' Beard way, pan oiled, cook very slowly over low heat add butter just before serving.
